Although the first impression of Feng Shui (especially from an Interior Designer’s point of view) MAY be that this work is cosmetic, the truth is that Feng Shui has the power to change your life from every aspect.

Feng Shui acknowledges eight universal life situations (bagua), including: Family/Foundation, Prosperity & Abundance, Fame & Reputation, Love & Marriage, Children & Creativity, Career, Skills/Knowledge,  Helpful People/Travel and Health.  Accepting that tangible objects such as your yard, home or room symbolize these eight life situations, we can improve these aspects of our lives by carefully manipulating the objects that represent them.  Utilizing this knowledge of the bagua, the wisdom of Feng Shui principles, the use of energy enhancers and the removal of clutter can bring about profound changes in your life!

Since its development, Feng Shui has been practiced in China by numerous methods, some of which are well known in the United States. A recent school of Feng shui - The Black Sect - was introduced to the United States in 1984 by Professor and world-renowned Master Lin-Yun. The Black Sect maintains that ch’i, the inner force that flows through all living things, flows through a structure based on its geometry, layout, colors and materials, arrangement of rooms, design proportions and relationship to the land. These elements collectively create energy channels and patterns within the home.
